NOTE! Make sure that the child seat is free of toys and hard objects.
NOTE! Always pull on the shoulder belt (10); never pull on the shoulder pads (15)
NOTE! In order to gain optimum protection from the CYBEX SIRONA, the shoulder
belts should lie as close as possible to the body.
NOTE! Make sure that the shoulder belts (10) are not twisted or crossed over.
The shoulder belts are firmly attached to the headrest and must not be adjusted
separately. Make sure that the headrest (9) is correctly locked in place before you
use the seat.
• Loosen the shoulder belts (10) by activating the adjustment handle on the central
adjuster (13) and simultaneously pulling both shoulder belts (10) upwards.
• Open the belt buckle (11) by pressing firmly on the red button.
• The belt tongues (14) can be fixed sidewards on the cover. This area (19) is
magnetic.
• Rotate the CYBEX SIRONA into the required loading position (see section,
„360° ROTATING FUNCTION“) and put the child in the child seat.
• Adjust the shoulder belts (10) to fit exactly over your child‘s shoulders.
• Bring both belt tongues (14) together and lock them into place in the belt buckle
(11) with an audible „CLICK“.
• Gently and cautiously pull on the central adjuster belt (16), in order to tighten the
shoulder belts (10) until they lie against the body of your child.
