Cleaning of air filter
After the filter element of the air filter is blocked by
dust, the resistance of the intake system will increase,
the mixture is too rich, the power will decrease and
the fuel consumption will increase. Therefore, the filter
element should be checked, cleaned and replaced
regularly. 1. Remove the air cleaner element.
2. Wipe the inner cavity of the air filter with a clean
dry cloth, and blow away the floating dust with
compressed air from the inside to the outside.
When the filter element is damaged or too dirty,
replace the filter element.
1. When installing the filter element, it should be correctly
installed in a fixed position. When driving in areas with
heavy dust, the maintenance period of the filter element
should be shortened.
2. It is forbidden to use the following cleaning agents to
clean the filter screen, such as gasoline, low ignition point
solvent, acidic, alkaline and organic volatile oil.
3. When the filter element is not installed, the motorcycle
cannot be started, otherwise the piston, piston ring and
cylinder block will be excessively worn.
4. The cleaning of air filters should be carried out regularly
at our special service center for maintenance and
replacement of filter elements.
