Inspection and adjustment of rear brakes
MAINTENANCE
1. When the free stroke of the brake pedal is greater than
or less than the standard value, it needs to be readjusted.
2. Open the left cover and check the oil level of the storage
cylinder from the observation window,
when the oil level of the storage cylinder is lower than the
lower limit, the brake oil should be added to the upper
limit.
3. Remove the friction plate of the rear brake and check the
wear condition of the friction plate. If the thickness is less
than the maintenance limit of 2.0mm, it should be replaced.
Standard value of travel of rear brake pedal: 20 mm ~ 30 mm
1. When adjusting the rear brake and replacing the
brake friction plate, please be sure to visit our special
maintenance service center to replace the original
genuine parts. 2. Regularly check and adjust the special
maintenance service of our company.
