Adjustment of accelerator cable
Adjust the throttle wire pull rope by turning the adjusting
nut to achieve the correct free stroke of the throttle
handle.
1. When the free stroke of the throttle handle (Figure 1)
is greater than or less than the standard value, it needs to
be readjusted.
2. Adjustment method for free stroke of throttle wire
cable(Figure 2): loosen the locking nut, turn in or out the
adjusting nut until the specified free stroke is reached,
and tighten the locking nut.
Standard value of throttle handle: 2mm ~ 6mm
In case of interference and wear of throttle steel wire
cable, the acceleration handle and steel wire cable must
be removed for cleaning or replacement, and lubricating
grease shall be added.
