Why is the Cellular LED off on my Cypress CTM-ONE Gateway?
    • R
      Robert BarberAug 5, 2025
The Cellular LED might be off on your Cypress Gateway because the RF signal may not be available if the device is located in an area of no cellular activity. Also, the cellular device might not be registered on the network, so make sure the radio module/device/SIM has been activated on the network. Another cause might be the incorrect configuration of the internal radio module, so ensure the correct device has been configured.

What does it mean if the PWR LED is flashing on my Cypress Gateway?
    • C
      Chelsea FisherAug 11, 2025
If the PWR LED is flashing on your Cypress Gateway, the device may be in standby mode. To resolve this, ensure the standby signal is connected to greater than 9VDC. Additionally, ensure the supply voltage is greater than 9VDC. Remember that the device is designed to go into standby mode if the standby signal is off after a configured time period (e.g. 10 seconds by default).

How to fix a flashing GPS LED on a Cypress CTM-ONE Gateway?
    • S
      Seth CarrollAug 23, 2025
A flashing GPS LED on your Cypress Gateway indicates that there is no valid GPS fix. The GPS antenna requires a clear view of the sky to obtain a valid GPS fix. The time to fix can vary from a few seconds to several minutes depending on conditions. Note that GPS LED flashing has no impact on cellular connectivity.

How to troubleshoot when all LEDs are off on Cypress CTM-ONE Gateway?
    • K
      karlaedwardsAug 29, 2025
If all LEDs remain off when the device is powered on your Cypress Gateway, it indicates that no power is being applied to the CTM-ONE. Check the power supply and make sure a minimum of 9 VDC is being supplied.
