Soft Actuator Fault
This fault is always
accompanied with another
fault (called ‘’main fault’’).
Check solution for the main fault.
Temporary Actuator
Fault
This fault is always
accompanied with another
fault (called ‘’main fault’’).
Check solution for the main fault.
Travel Fault
Travel measure during the
search-stop procedure is
too large or too small.
Normally caused by an
external body preventing
the actuator to move.
Could be a defective
haptic actuator.
Bad communication with
encoder.
Do a visual inspection to make sure nothing is
blocking the actuator travel.
Power off the haptic system, support the platform to
gain access to the actuator piston and pull it out of
its body slowly until the entire piston is out of the
body and than slowly push it back in.
If error persists, replace/repair the faulty actuator.
