Install a new gasket and dowel pin.
Tighten the transmission cover with the setting bolts.
Install the following parts.
-Rear wheel
-EX. muffler
-Continuously variable transmission
-LH. crank case cover
Remove the oil check bolt, and fill the recommended oil
slowly.
RECOMMENDED OIL : SAE 80W- 90
TRANSMISSION OIL AMOUNT : 0.11
CRANK CASE REMOVAL
Remove the engine from the frame.
Remove the RH./LH. crankcase cover.
Remove the parts to disassemble crankcase.
Loosen the RH. crankcase setting bolts.
