Common rail
Common rail denotes the direct
injection engine.
Unlike the basic engine that injects the
mixer, this method uses technology
which significantly improved combustion
efficiency by supplying fuel to the
cylinder directly. For the directly injected
fuel to sustain a constant explosion
within the cylinder, it must maintain a
pressure so high close to that of gas. An
injection, which maintains high pressure
of compressed fuel, makes it possible to
maintain a proper level of fuel pressure
for all kinds of engine operation state
through common rail injection.
Characteristics of common rail
High pressurized injection (1,600 bar)
Realize optimization of mixed fuel air.
Achieving high output, low air pollution
of exhaust gas, optimal fuel efficiency.
Control of speed and outputs injection
pressure, and injection timing in all
areas.
Realize injection digression.
Optimal noise, combustion, and output
capabilities.
Supplementary function for after
processing exhaust gas.
Inspection and Replenishment
If the coolant, open the surge tank cap
and refill.
Maintain the middle level between min
and max line of the surge tank for
coolant.

WARNING
If the coolant cap is opened while the
engine is hot, hot vapor and water
might cause burns.
