6) Support fuel control lever at the wholly
opened position.
7) Continuely feed fuel with pumping priming
pump as slowly turning crankshaft clockwise.
Immediately stop to feed fuel when fuel stop
from #1 devilvery valve holder.
This crankangle position is the injection
starting of the engine.
8) Make sure that crankshaft pulley and point is
specifically injection starting angle line.
Blow out remained fuel from delivery valve
holder, and no feeded fuel from priming
pump.

4) Remove the delivery valve holder , the
valve seat , valve spring the delivery
valve from the #1 plunger.
5) Assemble the devlivery holder (1) and
tighten specified torque.
Do not assemble delivery valve, valve
spring, valve seat and delivery valve.
These parts will be Reassembled later.
