OPERATION
COMFORT AIRFLOW Operation
The  ow of air will be in the upward direction while in COOL/DRY operation
and in the downward direction while in HEAT operation, which will provide a
comfortable wind that will not come in direct contact with people.
 To start
1. Press .
• “ ” appears on the LCD.
COOL/DRY operation HEAT operation
Flaps direction Goes up Goes down
• Not available in FAN ONLY Mode.
• The air ow rate can be set to any level.
 To cancel
2. Press .
• “ ” disappears from the LCD.
• The  ap will return to the memory position from before
COMFORT AIRFLOW operation.
NOTE
 Notes on COMFORT AIRFLOW operation
• The  aps position will change, preventing air from blowing directly on the occupants of the
room.
• POWERFUL operation cannot be used together with ECONO/COMFORT AIRFLOW/
OUTDOOR UNIT QUIET operation.
Priority is given to the function of whichever button is pressed last.
• If the upward and downward air ow direction is selected, the COMFORT AIRFLOW operation
will be canceled.
