OUTDOOR UNIT QUIET Operation
OUTDOOR UNIT QUIET operation lowers the noise level of the outdoor unit by
changing the frequency and fan speed on the outdoor unit. This function is
convenient during night.
To start
1. Press .
• “ ” appears on the LCD.
• The air conditioner can operated in ECONO operation combined
with OUTDOOR UNIT QUIET operation.
To cancel
2. Press again.
• “ ” disappears from the LCD.
NOTE
Notes on OUTDOOR UNIT QUIET operation
• OUTDOOR UNIT QUIET Operation will drop neither the frequency nor fan speed if the
frequency and fan speed have been already dropped low enough.
• This operation is performed with lower power and therefore may not provide a sufcient cooling
(heating) effect.
