A. The CD800 printer and Commercial Lamination Module uses driver version 5.0.

A. Yes – it holds up to 10 cards.
Q. How does the card debower work and can it be adjusted?
A. The card debower holds the card in a position to reduce the bow in the card. You can turn the
debower off via settings in the printer driver.
Q. Is the hardware lock option field upgradeable?
A. No, this must be purchased at time of printer order.
Q. Is the second laminator option field upgradeable?
A. Yes, this can be purchased later, and can be upgraded in the field by a Datacard authorized
service representative or a trained Datacard Channel Partner.
Q: Is the tactile impression field upgradeable?
A: Yes, this can be purchased later, and can be upgraded in the field by a Datacard authorized

Q: Can you put a CD800 multi-hopper on top of a CLM?
A: It is not advised, so please contact your sales manager for further information if you have a

A: No, it requires a duplex system.

Manager?
A: Yes, you need to have a browser connection.

A: The CD800 CLM printer is supported by the following Microsoft operating systems: Windows 8
