 Storesuppliesintheiroriginalpackaginguntilyouarereadytousethem.
 Selectalocationawayfromdirectsunlight,withatemperaturebetween41°Fand77°F(5°C
and25°C)withamaximumof40%–60%relativehumidity.
 Donotstoresuppliesindirectsunlightorhighhumiditylocations.
 Theprintribbonmaintainsitsqualityforaboutoneyear.Foroptimalcardquality,purchase
andstorequantitiesthatyoucanuseupinlessthanayear.
 Theprintribbonandcardstockmightrequiresecurestorageandtracking.Followyourpolicy
forstoringandtrackingthesuppliesusedtomakecards.
 Supplyrollsmustbeatroomtemperaturewhentheyareinstalledintheprinterandused.If
suppliesarestoredinacoolerenvironmentthantheprinter,allowsuppliestoreachroom
temperaturebeforeusing.
 Iftheprinterwillnotbeusedforanextendedperiodoftime,removesuppliesfromthe
printerandstorethem.
