 After transceiver complete connection, connect the optical cables.

The DM4380 equipments are sent with dust cover plugs in all
QSFP28/QSFP+ ports. Before to insert a transceiver in a port, remove the
dust cover. Ports without installed transceivers should keep dust cover
protection to avoid electrical connections free of dust.
5.4 REMOVING QSFP28/QSFP+ MODULES
To remove the modules, simply follow the installation instructions in reverse order.
Follow the same procedure for DAC cables:
Step 1
 Remove the optical cables.
Step 3
 Pull the module by the handle, as shown in the following figure.
