If the LED is on but the barcode isn't decoded, the issue might be the reader's configuration or the barcode itself. First, make sure your Datalogic Barcode Reader is programmed to read the specific type of barcode you're scanning. If the programming is correct, check the barcode label for any damage. Also, adjust the distance between the reader and the barcode.
