Operating instructions
From this point forward this manual mirrors the owner’s manual but
explains the operation of the alarm system from an installer’s viewpoint.
It is advised you read the full operating instructions of the security system
to become fully familiar with its operation.
Certain sections of this manual are specific to you
the installer only.
Therefore this manual must never be copied, transmitted or passed to any
third party without the express permission of Datatool (UK)
Credit card instructions
The text below is the wording supplied on the credit card instructions and should be used as a prompt when
demonstrating the system to the customer initially.
It is not the full instructions to the alarm.
Side 1
Disarm - Press GREY button.
Immobilise only – Ignition OFF for more than 45 seconds.
Alarm fully – Press GREY button within 45 seconds of ignition OFF.
Ferry Mode – Press BLACK button within 10 seconds of arming the alarm fully.
Panic/Locator – With the system armed, Press and hold BLACK button until the alarm sounds. To
silence, press EITHER button of the remote control.
Hazards – Press and hold GREY and BLACK buttons together until the hazards start to flash. To
turn off press BOTH buttons again.

To disarm via PIN code –
• Turn ignition ON and alarm will sound.
• When alarm stops sounding, turn ignition OFF and back ON within 5 seconds.
• LED flashes quickly for 3 seconds and then flashes steadily along with a beep.
• When the number of flashes/beeps equals the same number as the first digit of your selected PIN, turn the
ignition OFF then ON.
• LED will flash quickly for 3 seconds and then flashes steadily along with a beep.
• When the number of flashes/beeps equals the same number as the second digit of your selected PIN, turn the
ignition OFF then ON.
• Repeat the sequence for your next 2 numbers and the system will disarm.
• If you enter 3 wrong PIN numbers the system will not allow PIN entry for 2 minutes.
Always advise the customer to program their system with a PIN number and to fully read the FULL operating
instructions at their earliest convenience.
