3. Approach target at speed and altitude specified in Table 8.
To execute a dive bombing, approach the target in level flight at dive initiation altitude and
speed. When the target visually passes the canopy, set the throttles to IDLE and approach the
target by initiating a dive and performing a 180° turn.
