Après le montage et le raccordement
hydraulique des capteurs, l'installation
peut être soumise aux tests de pression
et remplie. Il convient alors de prendre
en considération les données
thermiques ainsi que les particularités
de l'installation. C'est pourquoi le
remplissage, le montage et la
maintenance de l'installation ne doivent
être effectués que par de la main-
d'œuvre agréée et qualifiée.
Pour ne pas endommager l’installation,
les tests de pression doivent être
effectués exclusivement avec le fluide
caloporteur utilisé ultérieurement.

Anschluss der Hydraulik kann die
Anlage abgedrückt und befüllt werden.
Hierzu müssen sowohl die thermischen
Gegebenheiten als auch die Besonder-
heiten der Anlage berücksichtigt
werden. Deshalb darf die Befüllung,
Einrichtung und Wartung der Anlage nur
durch eine entsprechend autorisierte
Fachkraft er-folgen.
Um einer Beschädigung der Anlage
vorzubeugen, soll nur mit dem später
verwendeten Wärmeträgermedium
abgedrückt werden.
Following installation of the solar panels
and hydraulic connection of the panels
and piping, the system can undergo
pressure tests and be filled. When
doing so, the thermal conditions and the
particular features of the installation
must be taken into account. For that
reason, the system may only be filled,
commissioned and maintained by a
suitably authorised technician.
To prevent any damage of the system,
pressure tests should only be carried
out with the heat-transporting fluid
used later on.

Pour éviter que les capteurs et leurs
raccordements soient endommagés par le
gel et la corrosion, il est indispensable
d'utiliser un fluide caloporteur de haute
qualité (mélange eau - propylène glycol)
pour l'installation solaire. L'utilisation d'un
mélange recommandé (mélange TYFO
L 40/60) constitue une bonne protection
antigel jusqu'à environ –24 ˚C.
Um Frost- und Korrosionsschäden an
Kollektoren und Anschlüssen zu ver-
meiden, darf die Solaranlage nur mit
einem hochwertigen Wärmeträgermedium
(Propylenglykol-Wasser-Gemisch) befüllt
werden. Bei Verwendung der emp-
fohlenen Fertigmischung (TYFO L
Fertigmischung 40/60) besteht ein
ausreichender Frostschutz bis ca. –24 ˚C.
In order to prevent frost and corrosion
damage to the solar panels and
connections, the system may only be
filled with a high-quality heat-
transporting fluid (mixture of propylene
glycol and water). If the recommended
ready-mixed fluid is used (TYFO L 40/
60) the system will be adequately
protected at tempera-tures down to
approx. –24 ˚C.

Le responsable de la mise en
exploitation est tenu d'informer
l'exploitant de l'instal-lation sur le
fonctionnement, la manipu-lation et les
périodicités d'entretien de l'installation.
Les instructions de montage et
d'utilisation doivent être remises à
l'exploitant de l'installation.
Der Inbetriebnehmer hat den Anlagen-
betreiber über die Funktion,
Handhabung sowie den
entsprechenden Wartungsintervallen
der Anlage zu unterrichten.
Dem Anlagenbetreiber sind die
Montage- und Bedienungsanleitungen
zur Auf-bewahrung auszuhändigen.
