the web page and select your country from the drop-down menu.
• To obtain product-specic information, enter the 7-character service tag, or the 11-digit express service code of your platform and click
submit.
To view the platform service tag or express service code, pull out the luggage tag on the upper-right side of the platform or retrieve it
remotely using the ipmitool -H <bmc ip address> -I lanplus -U <user name> -P <password> fru command.
