Prerequisites
1 Remove the base cover.
2 Remove the battery.
Procedure
1 Open the latch and disconnect the status-light board cable from the status-light
board.
2 Remove the screw (M2x3) that secures the status-light board to the palm rest
and keyboard assembly.
