Dell Inspiron 5593 - Replacing the Fan

Procedure
1. Disconnect the fan cable from the system board.
2. Remove the two screws (M2.5x5) that secure the fan to the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
3. Slide and lift the fan off the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.

Procedure
1. Using the alignment post, align the screw holes on the fan with the screw holes on the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
2. Replace the two screws (M2.5x5) that secure the fan to the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
3. Connect the fan cable to the system board.
