Installing the Input/Output (I/O) Panel
1. Place the I/O panel in the original position.
2. Tighten the screws to secure the I/O panel.
3. Replace the system board.
4. Replace the support brackets.
5. Replace the modem card.
6. Replace the bluetooth card.
7. Replace the audio board.
8. Replace the display assembly.
9. Replace the ExpressCard/Smart Card/PCMCIA module.
10. Replace the palm rest.
11. Replace the processor.
12. Replace the heat sink.
13. Replace the CPU door.
14. Replace the wireless local area network (WLAN).
15. Replace the wireless wide area network (WWAN).
16. Replace the hard drive.
17. Replace the optical drive.
18. Replace the keyboard.
19. Replace the keyboard trim
20. Replace the memory.
21. Replace the modem card.
22. Replace the subscriber identity module (SIM) card.
23. Replace the secure digital (SD) card.
24. Replace the battery.
25. Follow the procedures in After Working Inside Your Computer.
