No video at HDMI

When connected to
some dongle or docking
device at the port,
there is no video when
unplugging or plugging
the cable from the
notebook
• Unplug the HDMI or DisplayPort
cable from dongle or docking
device, then plug the docking
HDMI or DisplayPort cable to the
notebook.
