12. Remove the power button board
Steps
1. Disconnect the following cables from the system board:
a) Power adapter port cable [1].
b) eDP cable [2].
c) VGA daughterboard cable [3]
d) IO board cable [4].
e) Touchpad cable [5].
f) Keyboard cable [6].
g) Speaker cable [7].
2. Remove the single (M2x4) screw that secures the system board to the palmrest and keyboard assembly [1].
3. Flip the system board off the palmrest and keyboard assembly [2].
