Operation
Startup
1. Put on PPE listed above
2. Ensure rear wheel on mobile base is raised to prevent movement during use
3. Inspect tool for damage or obstructions to operation
4. Ensure work area is clean and free of obstacles
5. Ensure all guards are present and function properly
6. Make necessary adjustments for safe operation – blade height and angle, fence or
miter gauge settings
7. Turn “ON” table saw by pushing the green “ON” button (A)
8. Begin work
Shutdown
1. Turn “OFF” the table saw by pushing the red “OFF” button (B)
2. Allow table saw to stop on its own
3. Remove cut pieces after blade has stopped
Note: The saw can be locked in the “OFF” position by using a padlock with a 3/16” diameter
shackle to prevent unauthorized use
Blade Adjustment
1. Height Adjustment
a. Loosen lock knob (B) on hand wheel (A) located on the front panel
b. Crank hand wheel clockwise to raise blade and counterclockwise to lower blade, the blade
should be raised no greater than 1/8” above the top surface of the material being cut
c. Tighten lock knob (B)
