1.3 Technical Measuring Information
The Transducer (measuring platform/Dynamometer) has to be positioned on a solid base,
without allowing any movement.
At that time, the transducer should be free of external forces or vibrations (such as the dis-
tortion of the measuring platform resulting from incorrect installation).
After each start-signal, the charge amplifier will reset and perform a zero calibration. Ex-
ternal forces, momentum, or vibration can distort the torque measurement.
IMPORTANT
For quality assurance and to keep accurate documentation for an audit, we
recommend to have your measuring instruments factory-calibrated every 12-
months.
We offer those types of calibration services for all our torque measuring in-
struments and transducers. We can also calibrate and certify your complete
measuring chain. Please contact us for additional information.

Calibration Value Sensitivity of transducer
Measuring Series A pre-programmed amount of measuring values are stored. At the
end of a measuring series, the average torque, the standard devia-
tion and the Cmk-value will be calculated.
Average Average mean torque value is calculated from a specific number of
stored measuring values X
