Evaporator Probe
The evaporator probe bulb is located on the evaporator output tube, tighten by a
plastic tie and wrapped by an aluminium tape.
Remove the insulation.
Remove the aluminium tape.
Cut and remove the plastic mounting tie.
Cut off the probe bulb and all wire ties.
Attach the wires from the replacement probe wires to the wires of the existing probe.
From the controller side, pull the wire of the existing probe to route the new probe wires
correctly.
Attach the wires to the Main Board.
Mount the probe into position.
Replace any wire ties.
Replace the aluminium tape.
Reinstall the insulation.
Needle Probe
Needle probe cable runs through a cable port and then through a plastic channel together
with the other cables.
a) Cut off the probe’s bulb.
