MACHINE TRANSPORTATION
Transporting the Machine With Limited Cargo Area
To transport the machine, follow this procedure:
1 Lower sanding drum with control lever. (Figure 1)
2 Slide collar beyond overlap of control link; remove pin from
notch. (Figure 2)
3 Twist and remove handle pigtail from motor cord. (Figure 3)
4 Release handle latches and remove handle from chassis.
(Figure 2)
5 Remove dust pipe from chassis.
6 Lift chassis with transport handles and place in cargo area.
(Figure 4)

WARNING:
Machine is heavy – 95 lbs (43 kg) To avoid injury or damage, grasp
transport handles firmly; use proper lifting technique
7 Secure chassis to prevent movement in cargo area. Place
handle and dust pipe in cargo area.
