PROLYTE ANALYZER
3.m Pump Motor Removal
1. Remove the pump tubing from the front of the analyzer.
2. Detach the four screws from the front of the analyzer, using a Phillips head screw driver or 1.5
Hex as applicable. See Figure P12.
3. Remove the pump motor assembly, as shown in Figure P13.
3.n Pump Motor Installation
1. Install the pump motor assembly through the front housing, as shown in Figure P13. The pump
motor wires are positioned below the pump when properly aligned.
2. Attach the four screws into the front of the analyzer, using a Phillips head screw driver. See Figure
P12.
3. Using a tie wrap cable, secure the loose wires under the pump motor to the lead screw/probe
motor wires and the sensor wires.
4. Install the pump tubing.
