3.4.2 Rotate the rails to attach them to the front panel. Tighten the top rail by
hand first, and then begin to tighten the bottom rail. Tighten securely. See

3.4.3 Attach the bracket lock to the rail, by tightening the 6-32x1.128 Socket
Head screw, into the notch on the rail, using a 7/64 Allen wrench to
secure. See FIG 3d.
