• Do not use an extenson cord, manually extend the power cord, or
connect other applances to the same outlet as the ar condtoner.
Poor electrcal connectons, poor nsulaton, and nsuffcent voltage
can cause fre.
Cleaning and maintenance warnings
• Turn off the devce and pull the plug before cleanng. Falure to do
so can cause electrcal shock.
• Do not clean the ar condtoner wth excessve amounts of water.
• Do not clean the ar condtoner wth combustble cleanng agents.
Combustble cleanng agents can cause fre or deformaton.
Warning
• If the ar condtoner s used together wth burners or other heatng
devces, thoroughly ventlate the room to avod oxygen defcency.
• Turn off the ar condtoner and unplug the unt f you are not gong
to use t for a long tme.
• Turn off and unplug the unt durng storms.
• Make sure that water condensaton can dran unhndered from the
unt.
• Do not operate the ar condtoner wth wet hands. Ths may cause
electrc shock.
• Do not use devce for any other purpose than ts ntended use.
• Do not clmb onto or place objects on top of the outdoor unt.
• Do not allow the ar condtoner to operate for long perods of tme
wth doors or wndows open, or f the humdty s very hgh.
