Why does my Diloc Air Conditioner change to FAN mode?

  If your Diloc Air Conditioner changes from COOL/HEAT mode to FAN mode, it could be due to a couple of reasons. The unit might be preventing frost from forming; once the temperature increases, it will resume the previously selected mode. Alternatively, the set temperature may have been reached, causing the compressor to turn off. The unit will continue operating when the temperature fluctuates again.

Why is my Diloc Air Conditioner emitting white mist from both units?

  If both the indoor and outdoor units of your Diloc Air Conditioner emit white mist, it may occur when the unit restarts in HEAT mode after defrosting. This is due to moisture generated from the defrosting process.
