Problem Possible causes solution
The unit starts and
stops frequently
There’s too much or too lttle
refrgerant n the system
Check for leaks and recharge the
system wth refrgerant.
Incompressble gas or mosture
has entered the system.
Evacuate and recharge the system
wth refrgerant
The compressor s broken Replace the compressor
The voltage s too hgh or too low
Install a manostat to regulate the
voltage
Poor heating
performance
The outdoor temperature s
exetremtly low
Use auxlary heatng devce
Cold ar s enterng through doors
and wndows
Make sure that all doors and
wndows are closed durng use
Low refrgerant due to leak or
long-term use
Check for leaks, re-seal f
necessary and top off refrgerant
Indicator lamps
continue flashing
The unt may stop operaton or contnue to run safely. If the ndcator
lamps contnue to flash or error codes appear, wat for about
10 mnutes. The problem may resolve tself.
If not, dsconnect the power, then connect t agan. Turn the unt on.
If the problem perssts, dsconnect the power and contact your nearest
customer servce center.

•F1, F2, F3…

Note: If your problem persists after performing the checks and diagnostics above, turn off
your unit immediately and contact an authorized service center.
