4.3.11. Inspection of the battery, elecrical devices and wiring
Thorough inspection of the electric system
• check that the control panel boxes are dry, clean and tight.
• check the condition of the cable connections and their protection against moisture
• check the condition and attachment of the limit switches
• checkthelimitswitchlead-throughsfortightness
• check the connections of the electric valves
• check the connections of the solenoid valves
• perform visual inspection of all electric wiring
• check the condition of the mains cable plug
4.3.12. Measure hydraulic pressures
1. connectthepressuregaugetothemeasuringpoint(PMPP)
2. maketheoilowthroughthereliefvalvebydrivingoneofthemovementsagainstthe
end stop
3. read the peressure from the gauge
max.pressurewithwarmoil(40–60°C): 20–20,5MPa(200–205bar)
       turningpressure6MPa(60bar)
if you have to readjust the pressure setting, secure the new setting with a seal.
