6. HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
6.1. GENERAL INFORMATION ON HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
Allmaincomponentsandpipes,hosesandttingsaredescribedindetailinaseparatespare
parts list accompanying the platform. Detailed drawings and part numbers for all components
are included in the spare parts list.
Block valve connections are marked with identifying letters or letter and number
combinations that can be found in the valve block and spare part drawings and hydraulic
diagram.
Depending on the movement, it may be possible to control the valves manually in the case
of malfunction or during troubleshooting. Manual control is operated by pressing the pins at
the end of the electric valves. Take into account, when you operate valves manually, that you
can only activate those movements that bring the work platform lower.
If the movements operate when controlled manually, the fault is in the electric system of
theoperatingcontrolsorthevalvespoolsaredirty,whichcausesjamming(refertothefault
ndingscheme,point6).
If none of the movements operate, the fault is in the hydraulic system.
