Unplug the power cable for the Hopper Duo from the wall outlet.
Unscrew the cable from the receiver's "To Hub" port, not the wall.
Unplug the audio/visual signal cable from the receiver but not the TV.
Unplug the Ethernet cable from the receiver if present.
Connect the Home Video Network cable to the "To Hub" port on the replacement receiver.
Connect either the RCA cables or the HDMI cable to the corresponding ports on the replacement receiver.
Connect the Ethernet cable to the "Ethernet" port on the replacement receiver if applicable.
Plug the Hopper Duo power cord into an outlet and turn on your TV.
Ensure the SmartCard is securely inserted into the slot on the side of the Hopper Duo.
Press the SAT button on your remote to pair it with your Hopper Duo.
