      Angel WhiteJul 30, 2025
If your DIVERSITECH Cleaning Equipment system turns on, but no air is coming out of the nozzle, the issue could be due to low air supply pressure. Make sure that the air pressure is within the range of 80-100psi and a minimum of 80CFM. Alternatively, the nozzle might be blocked by dirt or some other contaminant. Clear any blockages from the nozzle and check if the pneumatic filter is working correctly, and replace the filter unit if needed.

If not enough air is coming out of the nozzle of your DIVERSITECH Cleaning Equipment, it may be due to an air leak in the pneumatic system. Check the pneumatic system for leaks, and tighten or replace any faulty hose clamps or hoses.

      Gina ReynoldsNov 6, 2025
If your DIVERSITECH Cleaning Equipment system is not turning on, there are several potential causes. First, ensure the unit is properly plugged in and check for any loose or short wiring between the primary and secondary of the transformer, as well as the 24VAC power inlets of the PC Board. Another possible cause is that the filter is not sealed properly; inspect the compression mechanism on top of the inner chamber lid and insert the appropriate spacer, referring to the Filter Spacer Chart. Also, check for loose connections between the PC board and the motor. When the “UP” light is ON, the motor should rotate the nozzle upwards, and downwards when the “DOWN” light is ON. Finally, the limit switch may need alignment; push it forward or backward to align with the Nozzle Assembly switch disc...
