5.1 Error codes and troubleshooting

5.2 After-sales service and repairs
In the case of malfunctions, only the manufacturer or authorised after-sales service personnel are
entitled to do any diagnostic and, where necessary, repair work on the system. The maintenance
instructions required for the purpose will be made available to them.
If defective systems or components must be returned to the manufacturer, they should be sent in their
original or equal packing and together with a description of the defect.
