Your DOALL is capable of’ doing any
variety of cutting operations that might
come
up in production, die making
or
maintenance.
It
has
a
speed range of 35
to
6,000 feet per
minute
to
provide the tool speed required for
cutting operations
on
practically any material.

It
has
a
hydraulically operated table for
ease
of control and fast production requirements.
All
controls
are
conveniently accessible from
_
‘the operator’s position.
A
complete understanding of the follow-
ing operating features of the DoALL will
greatly increase your ability
to
use
it
to
best
advantage. Before starting actual operation of
the machine, the operator should thoroughly
acquaint himself with these.
LJOB SELECTOR
DIAL
This dial mounted
on
the upper frame
enables the operator
to
quickly select the
correct
saw
bands, file bands, speeds and
feeds used in. the machining of basic
mater-
ials.
A
study of _this dial’s information
on
contour
sawing, filing, polishing, high speed
sawing, friction sawing and line grinding will
familiarize the operator with the machine’s
different working capacities.

TABLE
A.heavy-duty table and trunnion assembly
moves
along ground and polished hardened
steel rods resting
on
ball bearings for
accurate
power feeding of heavy materials. The table
can
be tilted
to
a
maximum of 10 degrees
to
the left and 45 degrees
to
the right.
A
lock
extending from the frame under the table
locks the table
at
the desired angle.
It
must
be loosened before the angle of
tilt
is changed.
Pointer and degree segments
are
attached
directly
to
the
trunnion
and cradle
to
indicate
the angle
at
which the table is
set.
SAW WHEELS
The
saw
carrier wheels
are
accuratelyi
balanced and centered. They
are
arranged
with
a
crown
face, that is, the
center
of the
rim of the wheel is higher than the outside
edges. This
crown
face
causes
the
saw
and
file bands
to
ride properly
on
the wheels. The
wheels
are
covered with tires of oil-resistant
rubber
to
eliminate
wear
on
the
saw
teeth
and will last for
a
long time with proper
care.
