  If your Domino Printer's control unit isn't printing, or the print fades and disappears, there are several potential causes: * The nozzle plate ship cap may be on. Remove it. * The header tank might be out of ink. Check the ink out indicator and replace the ink bottle if necessary. * There may be an issue with the control unit port. Check cable connections and ensure the QR plug is undamaged. If damaged, contact Domino for advice. * The header tank air vent valve could be in the closed position. Remove the control unit cover and open the vent.

  If the LCD on your Domino Printer is not working, check the following: * Ensure the control unit power cable from the base unit is correctly plugged in. Turn off the mains power before checking the interconnections. * Check the mains fuse in the plug and replace it if it's blown. * Make sure the mains power cable is correctly attached to the base unit. Turn off the mains power first, then refit the cable, ensuring it's in the correct position. * Verify that the base unit power is switched on. The On/Off switch at the top of the base unit should be illuminated.

  If you notice ink leaking from the Domino Printer's control unit head or base unit body, the following could be the cause: * The ink line may be damaged or loose. Power down the unit, locate the damaged component, and clear up any ink spill. * There may be a damaged valve in the base unit. Power down the unit and clear up any ink spill. * The QR connector to the control unit may be damaged. Power down the unit and clear up any ink spill. * The ink may be overfilling the header tank and leaking back through the tank vent and control valve.
