Step 8: Snap the star caps onto the dispenser door spouts. Install the three
(3) handles and slide the handle pin into place.
Step 9: Install the air cap onto the feed tubes. Make sure the hole in the air
orifice is not clogged. If clogged, use soap, water, and a brush to clear the
hole. Do not enlarge the hole in the cap.
