Ensure the head support straps are wrapped around the shoulder
straps (#8) and connected to the button snaps, at the back of the
head support.
IMPORTANT! Ensure the shoulder straps (#8) are
inserted through the shoulder strap slots (#20)
at or just below the child’s shoulders.
