Car Seat without a Base.
Ensure child’s safety
•
Use only in a rear-facing position when using the
Doona Car Seat in a vehicle.
•
NEVER leave your child unattended in the
Doona Car Seat in the vehicle. Vehicle interior
temperatures can rise or drop to dangerous
levels very quickly. Children have died because
they were left in a vehicle.
•
Always fully and properly restrain the child with
the harness to avoid serious injury from falling or
sliding out.
• Vehicle seat belt must lock
INSTALLING THE DOONA CAR SEAT WITHOUT A BASE
Determine installation method:
12.1: Lap-Shoulder Belt European Installation (Preferred): Shoulder
portion of the vehicle belt is wrapped around the back of the
Doona.
12.2: Lap-Shoulder Belt Standard Installation: Follow this method if
installing with an inatable vehicle seatbelt or if the shoulder belt is
not long enough to wrap around the back of the Doona carrier.
12.3: Lap Belt Installation: Only in vehicle seats without shoulder belt
and Aircraft.
