STEP 9: Pull up the seat pad from around the harness adjustment
button (#13) and the harness buckle (#12) to remove the seat pad
completely.
STEP 7: Remove the seat pad from both sides, as shown below.
STEP 8: Snap out the sead pad pins (#35) of the seat pad.
