STEP 8: Tuck in the seat pad pins (#35) on both sides of the car seat body
and push in until they snap into place.
STEP 9: Thread the 4 seat pad rings (#34), attached to the head area
of the seat pad, through the slots in the upper part of the car seat, and
attach them to the hooks (#38).
