3.9. V-belt Tension Check and Adjust
By the finger-pressure the belt is pressed
by 10mm ~ 15mm between the fan pulley
and the alternator pulley in normal condi-
tion. For the adjustment of the tension,
loosen the adjusting bolts which support
the alternator, adjust the tension and tight-
en the bolts again.
