What to do if the DR TLC18-CHP Chipper clutch overheats and the flywheel won’t turn?
    • A
      andersonpatrickJul 30, 2025
If the clutch is overheating, the belt is burning, and the flywheel won’t turn, it indicates that the clutch is slipping, or the flywheel is jammed. Immediately stop the engine, remove the spark plug wires, and turn the flywheel by hand to ensure it turns freely. Also, check the belt tension and clear the chipper chamber.
