      If the DR Chipper engine lacks power or doesn't run smoothly, ensure the Choke lever is fully pushed to the RUN position. Also, the issue might stem from a dirty, old, fouled, or cracked component. If any of these parts are dirty or old, replace them. If the spark plug is fouled or cracked, replace it.
