Disconnection / leakage in patient
connection, breathing valve or

Diaphragm wrongly fitted in breathing
valve or damaged.
Breathing valve cover damaged/worn
Leak in cuff.
Ensure connections are tight.
Fit diaphragm correctly or replace it.
Replace breathing valve.
Inflate cuff and check for leaks.
