Fails leak test damaged O-ring replace O-ring
filter mat not fitted properly on the top readjust filter mat
of packed soda lime bed
cracked or damaged cartridge replace refill cartridge
Cap not able to assemble too much soda lime in the cartridge take off some soda lime
Rustle at shaking not enough soda lime filled add soda lime
